Your manager has more impact on your well-being than your therapist or doctor

‘For 70% of people, their manager has more impact on their well-being than their therapist or doctor - equal to the impact of their partner.’

It is invaluable to have additional data about this.

Ever since Gallup proved that, ‘people don’t leave businesses they leave managers,’ it’s been obvious that more investment is needed in training and support for managers - for their benefit as well as those they manage.

And yet - in the majority of instances; people are good at their jobs, they get promoted, they’re given people to be responsible for. With no training.

Let’s do this differently ! I want to work with clients who want to support their line managers in the long term and play to their strengths.
