We provide individual and group coaching services.
Our individual clients range from management to C-suite level, all facing different challenges and pressures, but all seeking meaningful change. We help individuals to discover their strengths, values and motivations as a foundation for greater impact and contentment. We hold our clients accountable to reaching their goals and making the changes they need.
In group coaching sessions, we harness the knowledge and power of the collective to deliver peer support and to effect meaningful change. These changes can emerge at an individual or an organisational level depending on the context and the requirement.
Research and experience demonstrates that group coaching delivers an incidental networking, and confidence building benefit. For this reason, it can be a particularly effective tactic for inclusion within broader DEI strategies.
Our coaching approach is strengths based and borrows from the principles of Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
We listen, challenge, and champion you to succeed. We can’t wait to work with you.
About Ceri
“When I started working as a professional coach, I found what I love – and what I’m good at. It is a privilege to be able to support my clients in discovering the same – in all facets of their work and life.”
Ceri worked in corporate communications and client relations for the built environment sector for over 10 years before establishing her business, Clarity Consulting in 2020. Ceri trained as a professional coach with the internationally recognised Co-active Training Institute (CTI) in 2015 and is accredited by The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
She is a Director of Mentoring Circle, alongside Vanessa Murray. Mentoring Circle was created to address the gender gap at senior leadership level in the built environment. It aims to change the composition and culture of the leadership of the built environment for the benefit of the broader industry. The Mentoring Circle 12-month annual programme provides cross sector mentoring, networking, leadership training and guest speaker events.
Ceri is a volunteer bereavement counsellor for Cruse Bereavement Care, a keen cyclist and pilates enthusiast, a wife, and a mother to two young children. She left London in 2019 to bring up her family in Cheltenham and is a passionate believer in defining success on your own terms and finding contentment in the every day. A great cup of coffee, a bath with a book, a blue Cotswolds sky… that’s a decent start.
